Members of the AutoSettle team will join leaders, dealers and automotive industry stakeholders at the Australian Automotive Dealer Association Convention and Expo in Melbourne from the 24-25 of July.

This year’s theme is “Driving Forward Together” which acknowledges the rapid changes taking place in the industry driven by technology, innovation and wider global trends. The event is intended to spark innovation, drive growth and enhance resilience with an eye on sustainability.

AutoSettle is aligned with the AADA’s plan to ideate, insight and ignite by examining the end to end journeys involved with buying and selling a car with a focus on dealer growth and success.

Sessions at the event will include insights into topics such as “The Consumer Changeover Journey” – Something that the AutoSettle team are working hard to develop solutions for. According to a new survey to be discussed on the panel:

When consumers begin the process of updating their new or used car, it almost always starts online. For most, it quickly becomes a complex and, at times, a more frustrating and confusing experience than they had imagined it should be. Dealers will also gain insights into why consumers continue to predominately transact at a dealership rather than online and how a better omnichannel strategy, including financing solutions, will pay big dividends to the digitally savvy dealer.

AADA Convention & Expo

Members of the AutoSettle team including Darren Pollard and Patrick McComish will be in attendance for the two days and would love to meet dealers and technology partners.
